About the role
The Equestrian Facility and Programme Manager is a key leadership position responsible for the coordination, delivery and ongoing development of Geelong Grammar School’s Equestrian Program. This role oversees horse management, coaching programs, facility operations and event coordination to ensure a safe, high‑quality and enriching equestrian experience for students.
You will lead the Equestrian Centre, ensuring the wellbeing of horses, the safety of students, and the smooth running of daily operations. You will also play a central role in building the School’s profile in equestrian sport, including supporting student participation in interschool competitions and major events.
